NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The AGM will be held in the Tunbridge Wells Christian Fellowship Hall,
Hanover Road, TN1 1EY.

on Thursday 20th June 2024 at 2.30pm

Anyone unable to attend who would like to appoint a proxy should obtain a Proxy Notice from the Hon. Secretary Sian Shaw by email or phone her on 07835 300193). Proxy Notices must be returned to her at least 7 days before the AGM.
 
Nominations are sought for the positions of:

Treasurer, and Membership Secretary.  

Nomination forms can be downloaded here or obtained from the Hon. Secretary by email.
   
All nominations should be proposed and seconded,and sent with any motions for discussion, to the Hon.Secretary by email or by post to Sian Shaw, 2 Silver Birches, 31 Brian Crescent, Tunbridge Wells, TN4 0AN, no later than 16th May 2024.

All AGM documentation will be downloadable from our website no later than 25th May.

The AGM will be followed by refreshments (and chat).
