GROUPS LOOKING FOR NEW MEMBERS
Craft Beers Visits and Tastings. To join please contact Mike Minihane
Bat and Chat at St John's Tennis club, next to the Masonic Centre on St John's Road. Meetings will recommence in the spring 2020.
The club offer use of tennis courts and club house, with table tennis and all facilities for a couple of hours on a Thursday morning. Coffee and cake are included and members will pay £5.00 per session. Please contact Laura Collins on [email protected] mob 07802 643696
Creative Writing The group members agree a theme and read their offerings to one another in their monthly meetings. Meetings are on 2nd Thursday mornings. Contact Don Laurie 01892 539951

Sunday coffee mornings at 10.30 at Valerie Patisserie and monthly meetings on first Friday of the month at 10.30 in the upstairs room at Weatherspoons.

Important Notice for Groups
We are always looking at how our U3A can be enhanced for all members. We wish to ensure our funds are spent in ways that can help us achieve this.
We therefore wish each Group to consider in what ways their Group and /or services to the Group can be enhanced in the forthcoming year. This can include the purchase of equipment, computing services or apps for the Group. Equipment used by the Group would remain the property of Tunbridge Wells U3A. In considering expenditure please remember that it should be within the remit of the U3A. It should not be for a tutor (Groups are run on a self-help basis);however, DVD s and books are permissible. Walk on the Wildside have purchased binoculars and reference books.
All suggestions and estimated costs should be passed through the Group Contact to the Groups Coordinator.
